Are these cigars really hand-rolled?
Every one. We don't run a machine. If we wouldn't smoke it ourselves, we don't ship it.
Where are they made?
Rochester, New York. Our workshop, our hands.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Rochester within 2 business days. Most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that.
Do I need to be 21 to buy?
Yes. We verify age at checkout. Federal law — no exceptions.
What's the return policy?
If a cigar arrives damaged or you're not happy, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. We don't take back smoked cigars (sorry).
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Apply on our wholesale page. We review every application by hand within 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, US only. International is on our list — drop us an email if you're outside the US and we'll let you know when we expand.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. We're working on it.
Are these flavored?
No. We're tobacco-first. The flavor comes from the leaf, the wrapper, and how long it ages.
What's the strongest cigar you make?
The Foreman (6.5 × 52). Nicaraguan puro, full-bodied. Built for after a long day.
Can I tour the workshop?
We're a small shop and most of the time we're rolling. Email us — we sometimes do small group tours when we can.
What's with the eagle?
We're proud to be American-made. The eagle's been on the label since day one. Don't read into it more than that.
Can I buy them in person in Rochester?
Yes — check the Find Us page for shops that stock us. Elite Cigars carries us in the Rochester area.
How should I store them?
Keep them around 68–70% humidity in a humidor or a sealed bag with a humidity pack. They keep for months that way.
