The fine print, in plain words
No surprises. Here's exactly how your cigars get from our bench to your door.
We ship to 39 states. A handful of states either prohibit shipping cigars to consumers or require a license or age-verification service we don't have yet — the current list is below. If we can't ship to your address, you'll see it at checkout before any payment is taken.
We ship via UPS with Adult Signature Required on every order — that's UPS's rule for tobacco, not an option we can waive. The driver will only hand the package to someone 21 or older with a valid government ID, so make sure an adult is available at the delivery address. You must be 21 or older to order, and you confirm your age at checkout — we don't sell to anyone under 21.
Orders are packed within a couple of business days and shipped tracked. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way.
Cigars ship carefully packed in plain, discreet packaging — no loud branding on the outside of the box.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us and we'll make it right. We stand behind every box that leaves here.
Checkout won't accept a shipping address in these states. We'll update this list as licenses come through — email us if you're in one and want a heads-up.
