Blue Collar Tobacco is an online cigar brand that ships within the United States. Our mailing address is 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502. You must be 21 or older to use this site or buy from us.

What we collect

Account & orders: your name, email, phone (optional), shipping addresses, order history, and loyalty-point balance. Email list: your email if you opt in to marketing. Wholesale applications: your business details. Contact form: the name, email, and message you send. Automatic: basic technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, process and ship orders, run the loyalty program, review wholesale applications, answer your messages, send transactional email (order and password notices), send marketing email only if you opted in, and prevent fraud/abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the site on our behalf — hosting (Vercel), our database and authentication (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend and Web3Forms) — and only as needed to provide the service or comply with the law. Age and identity may be verified at delivery as required for tobacco shipments.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and 21+ confirmation. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and addresses, change your email or password, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time from your account or any marketing email. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email contact@bluecollartobacco.com.

Data retention & security

We keep order and account records as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Customer data is stored in a database protected by row-level security; we restrict access to what each account owns.
